<p>The Apollo Guidance Computer weighed about what a bag of mix weighs. No hard drive. Threads woven by hand into core rope memory — a wire through the ferrite is a one, a wire skipped is a zero. Raytheon built it; Margaret Hamilton's team wrote it. This is what you build to survive cross-examination.</p>
