- 02 — Visual stack height Never exceed three cartons on any eye-level shelf. Fourth carton = immediate walk to the floor. Keeps rotation visible without lifting.
- 03 — End-of-night audit One final pass with the clipboard: count high-velocity SKUs only. Record the three biggest variances. Hand the list to opener. Done.
