<li><strong>01 — FIFO lane</strong> Pull oldest stock forward on the steel rack before new cartons touch the floor. Label date in 24-hour format. Breaks if anyone ignores the edge.</li>
|
||
|
|
<li><strong>02 — Visual stack height</strong> Never exceed three cartons on any eye-level shelf. Fourth carton = immediate walk to the floor. Keeps rotation visible without lifting.</li>
|
||
|
|
<li><strong>03 — End-of-night audit</strong> One final pass with the clipboard: count high-velocity SKUs only. Record the three biggest variances. Hand the list to opener. Done.</li>
