Daily A-item checklist

A-items are those with annual consumption > 20 % of total value (per our ABC layout). Required count frequency: every 4 weeks per SKU. For today’s run, I captured

B and C item quarterly review

B items: count every 8 weeks. C items: count quarterly. Both subject to a tolerance band of 1 %—over that triggers an eight-point verification.
